We charge a flat $20/month for core maintenance (security, updates, backups), and any additional work (like edits or fixes) is billed based on actual tasks performed. You only pay for what you need — at the end of each month.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Nope! We don’t lock you into any long-term contracts. You can use our service whenever you need and cancel anytime.

What’s included in the $20/month base plan?

Our base plan includes core WordPress updates, plugin/theme updates, uptime monitoring, malware scans, security checks, and backup support — to keep your site safe and running.

What kind of tasks can I request?

Anything from adding a new page, fixing layout issues, updating content, improving speed, resolving plugin errors, or even small design tweaks. If it’s WordPress-related, we’ve got it.

How much do individual tasks cost?

Most tasks start at just $5. For example:

  • Add/edit a page: $5

  • Fix a broken plugin: $10–$25

  • Speed optimization: $20–$40
    Larger or custom tasks are quoted before starting.

Is this service only for businesses in Austin?

No! While we’re based in Austin, TX, we serve clients across the U.S. and around the world. Time zones are no barrier — we’re remote-ready and reliable.

When and how do I pay?

We send you a summary invoice at the end of each month with a breakdown of the work done. You can pay via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other secure online payment methods.

What happens if my site goes down or is hacked?

If you’re on our maintenance plan, we monitor uptime and run regular security checks. In case something happens, we’re alerted immediately and prioritize getting you back online.

How quickly do you complete tasks?

Most small tasks are completed within 24–48 hours. Urgent issues are handled ASAP, and larger projects are scheduled based on your priority and scope.

Can you handle WooCommerce or complex sites?

Yes! We regularly work with WooCommerce stores, membership sites, booking systems, and custom themes. Just let us know your setup, and we’ll tailor the support.
